I’m Rodrigo Mecheri, a software engineer who likes building things, figuring out how they work, and learning something new along the way.

I like understanding how things work.

I work mostly on backend software, but I’ve always been interested in what happens beyond the code itself — how systems store and move data, deal with failures, communicate with each other, and behave when things don't go as planned.

I learn best by building. Some projects start because I want to understand a particular technology, others because I have an idea I want to try. I don't mind going down a rabbit hole if I find something interesting along the way.
